​A lifelong resident of the Sacramento-area in Northern California, Jason Adams is a family man with a 9-5 job and a 24/7 football fan. He describes himself this way: "I love Jesus. I love my family. I love my country. That's me!" That's a somewhat modest self-assessment as Mr. Adams also happens to be a consistently innovative person who, out of frustration with going out to dinner and being subjected to horrid restroom smells AND out of frustration with the relative ineffectiveness of toilet paper, invented the Restroom Wizard and obtained two issued patents for his invention.

Mr. Carlen is a longtime consultant for a wide range of new product introductions. From consumer products to cancer diagnostic devices, alternative energy to automotive products, Joe Carlen has worked on projects of varied industries in his many years of strategic consulting and financial analysis experience. Through his role at a national patent law firm, he has helped patent-holders sell and license their intellectual property successfully and helped others find contract manufacturers and distribute their novel products successfully through established retailers (both online and brick-and-mortar) and their own websites.
